Q.) We love what we see, how do we book you for your services?
A.) Thank you for choosing RLR Visuals. Please submit the contact form and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible to move forward.
Q.) How far should in advance should I book?
A.) I recommend booking as soon as you are sure that RLR Visuals is perfect for your photography or videography needs! The recommended booking time is at two weeks in advance.
Q.) Can you do both photography and videography during an event?
A.) For events, I typically prefer to focus on one service. However, if you’d like, we can set a certain amount of time for me to take photos, then a certain amount of time to focus on video. Please keep in mind that I would still have to charge my photography rate and my videography rate together as two separate services.
Q.) When will I receive my photos/video back?
A.) Portrait photoshoot turnaround time is up to 10 days after you make your final image selections & cover all balances. For event photos, all photos will be delivered up to 2 weeks after the event. For videos, it can take 2-5 weeks depending on the complexity of the project. I always strive to deliver high-quality work promptly. In the case that more time may be required, this will be communicated as soon as possible.
Q.) Why are my unedited portrait photos watermarked?
A.) When you receive your unedited portrait photo gallery to review your proof images and make your edit selections, the photos will be watermarked. This is because those unedited photos do not represent the final product that I work to deliver to clients, therefore the watermark is in place to distinguish that the unedited photos are not an accurate representation of my final portrait photos.
Q.) Do you travel? If so, do we have to pay for travel accommodations?
A.) Yes, I travel within the US & abroad to carry out my photo and video services. Travel fees may apply depending on the distance and location. Please contact me for more details.
Policies:
A signed contract, and a non-refundable 50% initial payment (deposit), is required upon booking any session. All initial payment fees are non refundable.
Once you have booked with your deposit, the final payment will be due upon arrival on the day of your session once the photographer/videographer finishes shooting . Be sure to have final payment ready to pay. If you leave your session for any reason without paying the balance, an automatic $20 late fee will apply and continuing each half hour until payment is received.
There is no late fee if you are running behind schedule, however, the session will still end at the initial end time. Late arrivals result in shorter sessions, no extra time will be added without additional compensation.
A no-call no-show will result in the cancellation of your photoshoot. A new deposit will need to be submitted for rescheduling.
All clients are allowed to bring one guest to their session whether they will be in the photoshoot or not to give assistance to client if they needed. If you plan on bringing more than one guest, please communicate this with the photographer beforehand.
Please do not come to a session if you feel ill of any kind for the safety and consideration of yourself and the photographer/videographer.
If you need to reschedule, there is a $50 rescheduling fee.
